以下为今日听抄练习任务，包含初级、中级和高级三部分。考四级和基础比较弱的同学可以先从初级开始训练，当完成30个初级训练内容后再回过来继续开始进阶训练。
练习听抄五步法
第一步：泛听音频材料，不暂停，听完整个音频材料之后，尽量写下整个完整的句子，基础薄弱的同学前30个训练可以只进行口语复述和在大脑中简单翻译。
第二步：泛听音频材料，一句句的暂停，在纸上将屏幕上的空格内容写下来。（如果有遗漏可重复1-2遍），依旧不行的做好标记进行下一步。
第三步：精听音频材料，缩小至意群暂停，比如

第四步：对着原文和答案边听边校对，分析里面的发音现象，学习掌握记忆句子中的单词发音和意思，有余力的同学可以尝试精致翻译这个句子。
